We are selling
- any bus ticket from all available companies at the main station Retiro in Buenos Aires
- bus tickets from most companies (except some smaller ones) for other origins in Argentina
Conditions
- We book bus tickets up to 30 days in advance, with a minimum of 3 days in advance.
- We only accept online payments per credit card and charge a service fee of 5 percent.
- You need to pick up the tickets in our office in central Buenos Aires before your trip.

We then suggest to contact us per email with your travel plan and inform us about your preferences. When you contact us with a detailed travel plan and do not have further questions, we will directly respond with a quotation for your tickets.
Our service is mainly targeted at rather independent travellers who are looking for a convenient way to book their tickets. We do also offer some assistance with any remaining questions, and for sure we can give you basic advice on recommendable bus companies. We also inform about schedules and prices for remote connections, check current availability, and warn about possible problems in your itinerary. Finally we will then put together a quotation for your trip.

You will receive your quotation number per email and may then access the quotation right here on this webpage. For an example of how a typical quotation looks like, just submit the example number in the input box to the right. A quotation includes all relevant travel data and prices.
As disclosed in the quotation we charge a general service fee of five percent on the total value, other than that the prices we quote for bus tickets are equal to what you would pay directly at the terminal. The fee covers the transaction costs of the online payment system and supports maintenance of our freely accessible database of bus connections. We do not charge for quotations, so there are no costs for you in case you do not accept our offer.
Make your payment
In case you accept the quotation we will ask for your personal information and then send you to our secure online system for credit card payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express - and of course we have made sure that there are no problems with international cards. The payment system uses standard encryption methods and has been approved by the credit card companies.
Pick up your tickets
After receiving your payment we will issue the tickets and reserve your seats. The tickets are then stored in our office in central Buenos Aires (see map), where you can pick them up once you arrive. Please take into account that our service is restricted to clients who start their trip in Buenos Aires.
